Adria Alpina Mississippi 623UC. This is a 2023 Model, registered new in November 2024. It is CRIS registered and was serviced in February 2026 by the Adria dealership. This is our own personal caravan which we bought from the original owner, the Adria dealership company director, in February this year. It was serviced by the Adria dealership for us and delivered, by transporter, to our seasonal pitch near Scarborough. As we have had very little free time over the summer we have rarely used it so sadly it’s now for sale and at a great price.

So let’s give you some information.

Length 8.27 metres. Width 2.46 metres. Height 2.6 metres. MTPLM 1900kg. Single axle fitted with ALKO ATC  ( Trailer Control ), an electronic stability system.

The Alpina  is Adria’s flagship range with the Mississippi being a luxury 4 berth model.

The premium build quality really shows and with the remainder of Adria’s 10 year ingress warranty transferable to the new owner giving peace of mind.

The exterior is stunning in the instantly recognisable grey with, as new, decals. It is fitted with a LED exterior light, Powrtouch Evolution motor mover with remote control, ALKO hitch, manual retractable step, gas BBQ point, external TV point with usb’s and 12 volt socket ( ideal for an awning ), TV aerial on the roof, 4 corner steadies, rear side locker door to underside of bed ( huge locker space ), toilet cassette locker, leisure battery and hookup point locker and a full width front locker with space for two gas bottles, fresh water rollaway and enough room left for the kitchen sink.

Stepping inside it’s like a cozy apartment. With the U shaped front lounge which is flooded by light with windows all round and an amazing skylight giving you plenty of seating and not just a foldaway dining table but a hidden  foldup occasional table which is great for drinks in the evening. Heading back from here is the kitchen with 3 burner gas hob with extractor , stainless steel sink with mixer tap, full oven and separate grill, 800w microwave in its own cupboard, loads of cupboards and drawers, mini shelves, touch lighting, several 240v electric sockets and granite look worktop with folding extension. The full height 3 way ( gas/ 240v/12v ) fridge/ freezer sits opposite with a storage cupboard next to it with space on top for the TV with all TV connections.

From here you are heading into the bedroom, separated off with a concertina fabric screen door. Full size transverse double bed with separate, adjustable, headrests and access to the under bed storage locker. Either side are bedside cubby holes with light switches, electric socket and USB’s. There is plenty of storage with a wardrobe, overhead cupboards and drawers to one side.

Finally you have the rear, en suite shower room with toilet, wash basin and full size shower cubicle along with loads of storage cupboards.

All windows and skylights are fitted with blackout and insect blinds with a fly screen on the entry door.

The heating and water heater are ALDE and run on both electric and gas.

It has an on board water tank and leisure battery.

Premium sound system with Bluetooth connectivity.

Most appliances have control Apps via Bluetooth.

Full set of unused original silver grey carpets along with a second set made for the caravan by the original owner.
