Low mileage of 30000 miles and just two owners from new. Length 7.08 metres, width 2.35m, height 2.9 metres. GVW of  3500kg. Registered December 2011 and officially a 2012 model.

This is a lovely motorhome with a spacious and well planned interior layout, really suiting a couple although, with the lounge sofas made up it is a four berth but with only two belted seats.

It will be sold with a full service, recent cambelt, habitation service, MOT until 05/04/24  and 6 months warranty.

Very good white bodywork with graphics. Large rear storage locker with access from outside locker door and from inside by lifting the bed, awning, reversing camera with dash screen, bike rack for two bikes, rear roof access ladder, outdoor electric socket, outdoor shower, gas BBQ point, Status TV aerial, gas locker and 240v hookup.

The interior is in very good condition throughout with two tone fabric upholstery,  teak wood cabinets and wood look vinyl flooring with a new set of removable carpets.

Starting at the back of the motorhome, on one side is a double bed with large storage locker beneath and next to the bed  is a full shower room and full size shower cubicle, wash basin with storage cupboards and swivel toilet. Next to the washroom is a full length wardrobe.

Coming forward from the shower room you are in the kitchen which has a large 3 way ( gas/240v/12v ) fridge with separate freezer, a full cooker with oven, separate grill and a hob with 3 gas rings and one electric ring, a stainless steel sink with drainer and mixer tap and plenty of substantial cupboards.
